Denver, CO – September 27, 2017

Accruit has entered into an agreement to divest its loan and contract servicing escrow business to Evergreen Note Servicing, an independent loan servicing company in Sumner, Washington.

Accruit’s entrée into loan servicing came about with the company’s 2016 acquisition of Bankers Escrow Corporation, one of the largest full service escrow companies in Colorado. With the exception of loan servicing, Accruit has consolidated and continues to evolve its escrow offerings.

“Identifying the right buyer for this line of business allows Accruit to focus on other areas of our expanding FinTech services,” said Accruit CEO Brent Abrahm. “Evergreen’s excellent reputation in secure and efficient management of payments make them an ideal firm for administering our portfolio.”

“We are excited to partner with Brent Abrahm and Accruit’s experienced team to continue the company’s tradition of excellent service to their customer base. Evergreen welcomes the opportunity to work with the Colorado community to develop positive relationships. This acquisition aligns well with our strategy to partner with best in class investors and operating executives. With this strategic investment, we believe Evergreen has never been better positioned to address the changing needs of our customers.” Evergreen President Philip Dryden

Evergreen and Accruit have entered into an arrangement in which they will collaboratively manage loan and contract servicing business, ensuring continuity for current and future clients.

Nuggets beat Kings 114-98 without coach and 2 starters

Nov 21, 2017

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Will Barton didn't know Mike Malone was suspended by the NBA until the Denver Nuggets coach informed him as Barton got on the team bus to head to the arena. "I thought he was joking," Barton said. "I told him we'd hold it down for him." Minus their coach and two starters, the short-handed Nuggets did just that — and only 24 hours after losing by 21 points to begin their three-game road trip. Barton and Trey Lyles made two 3-pointers apiece during a big run in the third quarter, and Denver pulled away to beat the...

TORONTO — After a terrible start to the season, the Arizona Coyotes are finally enjoying some success. Antti Raanta made 26 saves and Arizona ended the Toronto Maple Leafs' winning streak at six games with a 4-1 victory Monday night. "I think they're one of the better teams in the league. We knew we had to play a certain way to beat them," Coyotes coach Rick Tocchet said. "It's hard to do for 60 minutes and tonight I think we did it for the most part." Brendan Perlini, Oliver Ekman-Larsson, Max Domi and Tobias Rieder scored for the Coyotes (5-15-3),...
